Checklist for the 341 meeting

I know few things to take..

1. ID
2. Social Security
3. Most recent tax return
(I do my own tax return and have a .pdf file on my computer - Can I just take this print or do I need to order it from IRS?)
4. Copy of my petition

What else do I need to bring?
Do I suppose to received notice for the 341 meeting?

I think your printout will suffice. But make sure to take the confirmation (that you filed) with you.
