Met the attorney through my employer legal services plan. Essentially it cost me $10 a month for the legal plan, but it's saving me $900 out of pocket. Can't complain!
Still need to turn in some documents, now just waiting for the postcard for the 321 meeting date.
Attorney said I might loose one of my two vehicles, one is a real junker. I said if they decide to take it, they need to bring a tow truck....lol.
Aside from that, it should be fairly easy if I get the "good trustee".
Life doesn't feel any different, because I hadn't been paying on the cc since May, so it's not like I'm gaining all the minimum payments or anything like that.
So now I can officially join all of you.
