Spin Off of Judgement discharges

I didn't want to steal Angel77's thread but had a similar question... I just got discharged and closed. From what I've heard a few times here, I need to file a motion with my local court to (?) dismiss the judgement (?). Does anyone have any idea how I would go about that? I'm in East MI, my local court is in Corunna, MI.

Specifically, where would I get a form? what exactly would I request/ how would I fill it out?
