Well, you could refer to them as "medical expenses" instead of dental expenses.
When the trustee asked us why we had to file, I replied it was because of my medical issues and not enough income to pay regular bills. We had very littel CC debt, mostly medical/utility/etc. It probably helped us that I had my disability letter to show my income.
