How/Where do you look up same day cases on pacer?

I was curious as to other cases the same as my 341. Where and how do I do that? I don't want to waste money trying to figure that out, given I am wasting a few pennies looking up other cases...

Thanks if anyone can guide me, I tried to find it before, and it was too confusing...
