I believe this is my first question post...I'm more of a reader than a talker.
Here's my question
Our last day for objections was Dec 3rd. There weren't any (at least none on Pacer so that means none I assume).
We're an asset case. They'll take our taxes and they sold off our motorcycle (we knew both of these would happen going in).
Today Pacer is updated to show "Trustee's Notice of Assets" and "Trustee's Report of Sale", both for the motorcycle that was sold at auction two weeks ago.
Since the last day for objections has come and gone that means no one can object still, right? I'm assuming that us being an asset case and them taking longer due to that to get us a discharge does not effect that deadline.
Anyone been in this situation to know how long it might take for a discharge now? I know they'll wait to close for our taxes but I'd like to feel like I'm getting somewhere. Although if no one can object anymore then I guess I'm done with having to worry, right? (or is there something else I should worry about lol
)
