    pay day loans

What do you do with payday loans? Here's the problem, I have 4 in which every payday, it takes my entire paycheck to pay them off, during the weekend, I then must go back and reborrow the money in order to live!!! So, my problem is I have to keep borrowing in order to have money to live, if I borrow and don't pay back, then what do I do??? I'm suppose to take my paperwork to the lawyer in the morning, however, I haven't told him about the payday loans, I thought I could get them paid off on my own, but I don't think that's going to happen, its a cycle, I can't get out of. I'm afraid, if I don't pay them they will call my friends and family or worse my boss!! Please advise.

Tell your laywer about your payday loans, because you have to list all your creditors in BK. Each state varies to some degree about how they handle payday loans, so you MUST inform you lawyer and get his/her advice about what to do.

i too have 2 payday loans in which i will have paid off this week. i was wondering if i should tell the attorney about them since they will be paid off this friday, i don,t want to mention them cause my hubby does not know about them, he will get mad if he knows i got those, but i am the one juggling the bills i had to do what i needed to, to get the bills paid.
