A Question about Ch7

Is it possible to file a CH 7, when, #1 you have filed Ch13 but was dishcharged, and #2 own own business?????

Really need to know as thats what we are thinking of doing if it is at all possible. I also heard that it is almost impossible to file a CH 7.

I own a business too. But I need to file personal BK. Why would you do chapter 13 and discharge and consider chapter 7. are these both same case or has it been years before a previous chapter 13?? I dont have a lot of info and am new here, but I guess if you explain more you will get lots of help here.
