Discharged and Closed... Keep my tax refund?

My case was reported No asset, was discharged on 12/26, closed on 12/27... Does this mean I'm going to get to keep my tax refund??? Last year I got almost $5000...

From what I was told, the trustee would have sent something to you to let you know that he/she wanted them. I was asking the same question and I was discharged on Nov. 26 and closed on Dec. 3 ... That's about what I expect as well, we get a pretty good EIC
