School debt on cc dischargeable???

Hi,
If we have credit card debt that includes payments made for tuition, books, fees etc, is that still dischargable since it is not a federal loan and not listed under the obvious non-dischargeable debts? If anyone was able to discharge that debt, please let me know. I would assume it is just plain credit card debt but I don't know if they filter what the charges are for. Thank you very much.

You shouldn't have a problem with those kinds of charges on a credit card. It's not a loan at all. Now, if you tried to put your student loans on a credit card, THAT would be a problem.
