    questions

I am filing by myself because I can't afford the lawyers fees, but afraid it's going to be thrown out because of silly mistakes on my paperwork. Any advise?
-Does anybody know the specifics of rounding dollar amounts of income, expenditures, and assets? What about checking and savings accounts, do I round or enter exact amounts?
-I have about $100 of disposable income, is this cause to be thrown out?
    -Are my expenses considered luxury:
    $80/month on recreation?
    $200/month on food?
    $50/month on laundry?
I'm a waitress and literally live day to day, money wise. I have $50,000 of debt ($32,000 in student loans, $6,000 for my car, buying it from my mother, and about $12,000 of old credit card debt). I'm filing to get a fresh start, most of the debt is 4+ years old and some is over 7 years old and still haunting me. Really, the bulk is interest and late fees.
    Any advise?

yes, I know they can't be discharged. One lawyer even said it doesn't make sense for me to file bc it's only really the old debt I'll be getting rid of, but the fact is my credit is shot. If I don't file now, I'm afraid I'll never be able to buy a house, car, or get a credit card again.
