    PACER Terminology

I had my meeting 341 two weeks ago and checked the status on PACER and it says "Trustee's Report of No Distribution. Objections Deadline is: 7/9/05"
and "Case Status Awaiting Discharge Order" It also lists me correctly as a no asset case.

Does this mean that the trustee has already recommended discharge and that the court is giving time to creditors to file an objection? If there are no objections will this be discharged?

    Thanks

Yes, the trustee has reccomended that there are no assets to liquidate. yes, if there are no objections, you will be discharged. The objections deadline of July 9 is for anyone who objects to the trustees' finding of No Distribution.. ie. the US Trustee or any interested party. Your creditors still have until the end of the 60 days to file objections.

2 steps down, 2 to go! Congrats!
