Had my 341 on April 29. The date for objections by creditors is June 27. Now after that date comes and goes and I dont hear anything from anyone does that mean my case is closed? Can they change the date on June 26 for extension if they want? Ive been checking on Pacer and it just says awaiting closing. But have a friend whose last date was June 6 and hers still says awaiting closing. How long does it take for Pacer to change that? Just getting nervous. Its only 2 weeks away and afraid something might go wrong. Thanks

If you have had no objections so far - YOUR LOOKING GOOD!!
Be patient! After the 27th within a week or so you should receive your discharge if the trustee does not find a reason to extend for objections.
Discharge will probably be on Pacer before you receive it and RIGHT NOW Pacer is "overwhelmed" with Chapter 7's due to the new laws getting ready to take affect.
Sounds like you will be okay and your friend too.
You would be notified by Court and your lawyer if any extensions were to be filed.
REMEMBER THOUGH - you might get your "discharge" BUT YOUR CASE is not closed until approx 1 year later. The trustee can "re-open" your case up to one year after discharge should he find a hidden asset or something questionable regarding your BK.
You probably have nothing to worry about - So breath deeply and let out a big SIGH OF RELIEF.... usually the trustee would have notified you by now if he had found anything.
Check pacer periodically to see the status of your case.
HANG IN THERE - it's downhill the rest of the way for you, hopefully

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
