"Renting Out" a home going into foreclosure

Long story, but since I've vacated my home, I worry about it sitting there vacant. I am considering "renting" it to a friend of a friend who is in need of a place to stay while he is waiting for more permanent housing. He knows that I am letting the place go back to the bank. I plan to continue to pay the homeowner's insurance. I guess my worry is that once it is foreclosed, do I need to worry that the "renter" will vacate or not?
