I need some advise on how to start clearing my credit report. we had a chapter 7 bk, discharged 6/7/05. several entries on my credit report, states "charge off" without a balance. there is also one that still has a balance and states "overdue 150 days" (this one is actually a list a balance) the kicker is that there are 3 citifinancial list on my report ( I only had one loan with them), so what do I do about that and can I dispute this since it was listed in my discharge. any replies would be greatly appreciated. Oh I didn't get my credit score I was too embarresed to see it. Thanks.
