It depends on the local area. What you may want to include in your expenses in the "other" category is "Unanticipated emergency expenses" for $100.
It depends on the trustee, under the new guidelines that take effect Oct 17, 2005, the threshold is $100. Some trustees may be defaulting to that now.
If your already that close on income vs expenses, I think you have some room to nickle and dime those expenses up a bit.
