I filed for chap 7 on 6/22. The 341 meeting was scheduled for 7/22. Is it difficult to get the date changed? My employer has it's annual administrative retreat scheduled for that day and attendance is mandatory.

Different districts handle this differntly. Sometimes you can rearrange that date by contacting the Chapter 7 trustee, some require you to contact the US. Trustee (the US Trustee oversees the Chapter 7 trustees).
If you don't have an attorney, simply contact your assigned Chapter 7 trutee and find out what you have to do.
However, its generally better if you don't have to change the date.
