Under Median over 100

Has anyone here that has filed ch7 been under the median but over 100 d.i. on schedule I and J?

And if so has anyone here under the median been forced to ch13 because of this?

That is incorrect, regardless of the means test results, you still have to do the schedules.

My guess is, you are probably underestimating expenses, or leaving something out.

If you do show a positive amount in schedules I and J, you can still be pushed into a chapter 13. The law technically has $100 per month as the cut off, if you have $100 or more surplus per month, you can still be pushed into a chapter 13 regardless of the means test result.
