    Things to look for...

We are meeting with the attorney Tuesday to go over all of our paperwork before we file Ch7 and I was wondering if I could get some advise? First of all, we are over the median by just a little bit (I don't think even $1000) but we are still filing CH7 because we do not pass the rest of the means test (plus we are not trying to keep our house and we have enough exemptions to cover all of our assets, which isn't much). I know I am being cynical, but I have always gotten the feeling that if our attorney could get us to do a Ch13, he would, even though the paralegal says everything looks good for a Ch7. So what are the things I should look for when going over our paperwork on Tuesday, that could trip us up once we file? I want everything to be as iron clad as possible, so we don't get into the middle of this and have him say, "oops, we didn't catch this thing or that thing" and then force us into a Ch13. I know this sounds like a bad case of paranoia but I always feel like the best offense is a great defense! One thing in particular is obviously going to be our expenses versus income. Are there any expenses that may or may not be common knowledge, that should be included. I'm thinking things like haircuts, school lunches, parkway tolls, etc. I'm open to any and all suggestions or advise. Thanks!

Do you know if we can include our mortgage, property tax and insurance on our home, even though we are giving it up? We don't live in the house still because it is in IN and we are renting here in FL. But we are still obligated to pay these until the bank takes it, so is that included in our expenses?
