    credit card question

just curious if my limit is reached b/c of fees and crazy charges
....well maxed out, would the court not discharge it.

lets say charged 950.00 and then months go by and then BAM!
200.00 fees kick in and im oer my limit will the court see this as abuse.. b/c i didnt file sooner?

If I understand your question, I don't think you have anything to worry about. "Abuse" would be if you charged luxury items before filing, knowing that you couldn't pay for them. The fact that your creditor tacks on a bunch of garbage fees if/when you are late or go over limit should not affect your case. At least it didn't in my hubby's case. (Thirty-three percent interest PLUS late fees PLUS over-balance fees--how do these people sleep at night??)

    Good luck...

It's not abuse to discharge over the limit fees and late fees. You don't have to breakdown the bills by charges and interest and fees. Just the bottom line.

This has no bearing whatsoever on your case.
In fact many of us were in this boat.
Many of my cards were up around the top of the limit (but below it) and by the time I stopped paying and months went by and they added 36% interest and $39 late fees and $39 over limit fees, they were all way over the limit... No problem.
