I had to laugh this morning:

Professional Recovery called this a.m., some guy named Chris. He stated his name and where he was from. I stated "I filed Chap 7", he said.....uh, ummmm, well , uh,I was just calling to let you know that we received the notice. ok?" I told him ok, don't call me again and he said "have a nice day". Hahaha, I felt so powerful, hahahhaha.

Just wanted to share. They are first one's who have called since Feb 8 after I filed BK 7.

That's great. I wish I could do that - I'm still saving up to file.

My win for the day was getting my automatic payments cancelled on all the hardship agreements I had worked out over the last 6 months. I had to tell crapu I had switched banks and didn't want to pay any returned check fees if the schedualed payments bounced. All the other banks were pretty cool and I had my bank exclude them from future debits just in case.
