Today I met with my attny in Connecticut, Just past the means test for chapter 7, but not by much, my income, mid 70's, So my question is; I just received a profit sharing award that deposited 7200. into my 401K, and a check for 9800. before taxes (net of 6100.) to me, how, and would this be considered with the means test?? Please help!! Of course my attny is looking into this also but I can't wait!!
