I am discharged YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111 Pro SE BABY!!!!!! I am crying right now. I feel so free.

I called my clerk at the bk court (she is so nice and always have been)
yesterday asking when i would have a discharge.. She said 7 days from the last date for objections.. but some how it was done the day I called,, Thanx everyone for the help and support...

I agree with that! Our CH 7 trustee told us off the record basically that we got screwed in hawaii and that we got great education on the BK system. We were pro se through most of it, and when we hired an attorney to help with our objection, that what messed us up...she jsuted wanted the fee. Hindsight and all that, but I should have fought for myself...anyway...pro se is tough, but possible!!

Had I known I was going to get a sloppy attorney I''d have done mine myself, too. But I had no way of knowing, and anyway, at least it looks like we should get discharged, some day...

Good Job, Knowing what you now know would you still do a pro se bk? I applaud those that go through the process without an attorney. I had a good attorney, but as seen on this board that's not always the case.

Ohh yes, I am so proud of myself for doing it pro se and just seeing the way some lawyers mess up.. I am extremely happy with myself and would do it over in a heart beat..
