Hello to all,
I met with an attorney last week who I will hire within the next two weeks when I get the money and he said my case looked like a straight chapter 7 with no assets. He said with my truck which is a 2001 Nissan Frontier that I owe 9500 on and is worth 5500 I could do a redemption loan. I called Fresh Start loans and they said I was 5,000 miles over the limit and 722redemptionloans.com said they do not do business in AL.
My question is, are there anymore companies out there that do these loans. I realize that the intrest will be around 25% but with only about a 5500 loan I dont mind as I will still come out ahead.
My attorney also said he may be able to negotiate with Citi Auto Financial, which is the current loan company to reduce the balance of the loan and then I continue paying.
