Wish me luck - 341 tomorrow

Well, I have been supportive in this forum so now its my time to see the judge, trustee and attny tomorrow. 341 is at 9:30am CST Friday and - well - lets say my stomach is in knots ALREADY

I think I looked over my petition 20x and despite having my taxes, bank stmts and 401k I think I have everything dated back to 1 yr. I know overkill but I will feel better having the papers if needed.

Oh well - only thing I am really scared about is that I had to dip into my 401K Hardship money to get my home paid to date. I am keeping the home so I am afraid the Trustee will freak out or something. I told my attny about it and he said to not worry. HA!

Anyway, I will update this thread on how the 341 went and the questions they asked.

Now the 60 day wait begins

I don't think you have anything to worry about!
I, too, had all my bank statements, extra copies of tax filings, car loan info, everything with me in case they misplaced and needed it!

It will be over before you know it! Don't worry!
Tomorrow you'll be in the 60 day club!
