My bother and sister in law filed BK back in Nov. I checked them on Pacer to see how they were progressing. They have had a real rough time he like my husband was in the construction feild and lost a lot. I noticed they are chpt 13 I thought they were 7 but thats besides the point they were to pay 1400 a month they are now 2 months behind and the trustee has filed a motion to dismiss their BK. My question is?? Does the trustee dismiss bk's when they are converting to a 7.
They told my father in law they are converting to a 7.
Also checked us on pacer but nothing going on since it ws just filed a few days ago.
