Do I give the Trustee my physical or mailing address when he asks?

I put both of my addresses on my BK papers, but I know at the 341 meeting I will be asked to state my address. So what do I say? My Mailing or Physical, or BOTH!?

Generally, you give your physical address at a minimum. The purpose of the question at the 341 meeting is simply to verify the address you listed on your BK petition and cross check it against your identification.

What if your DL shows your previous address in the same state? I know you're supposed to get your DL address changed when you move, but is this something I'll need to have done before my 341? Same state, just different address....

My DL showed a different address and not a word was said to me about it at the 341.
