I am loosing my house hopefully to a shortsale, in the works now just waiting for the bank to look at my paperwork(they have a lot of them before me to look at).
I am still gonna need to file bk but I didnt realize that since i have my car loan thru a crdt union & i have a visa attached to the same bank acct as car loan that they could actually add the 10k visa loan to my car loan if i just try to resign the car instead of doing a redemption. My car payoff is only 1k over bluebook if even that. I pay 3.99% interest and $288.00. The attorney refered me to USbank redemption, and per the other threads i've read here it looks like the 24% int. they are offering is pretty standard. They also said that after 1year of on time complete payments that they could lower my interest to 12-15%. My actual paymnt would only go up to around $333.00. Just curious about getting it refinanced sooner with someone else at a more decent rate. I will be filing against capone, so i wouldnt think they'd be an option.
I have a 05 toy corolla with 41k miles. i bought it brand new, and i really like it, plus cant afford more than $333.00. This has scared me into considering a credit payment reduction service or something else instead? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
