    Objections Question

Do most creditors wait until the last week/day to file objections? My last day for objections is next Friday 03/14/2008. I check PACER every few days and so far nothing is showing up and I am wondering if they usually wait until the last minute.

Some file objections really fast, others wait until the last day. No rhyme or reason for why.
Maybe they live by the motto - "sooner or later, one of these days".

Yeah, there is no pattern that I know of. Unfortunately some do wait til the last minute which is why some of us get so nervous during our 60 day wait!

      Good luck!
p.s. Chances are, unless you have some BIG luxury expenses during the last 3-6 months before you filed, no one will object. I had BIG cash advances (over $10k) 11 months before I filed and no one objected. I also had a few $1000 or so expenditures 5 months or so before filing and no one objected. (nor should they have, as I had no idea when I did these things that I was going to file, and they have to make the case that one did know or should have known).
