Cash on hand and other stuff
Ok I just decided I may file, but a couple of things are bothering me here they are. I will file around oct 7
about two weeks ago I did a cash advance of 20,000 to pay a credit card down and for some cash to live off of. I currently have about $6,000 in my account. What should I do with that money?
I have a vehicle that I own that is registered in another state to save on property taxes (i used my parents address). I still have my drivers licence with that state. I have actually lived in the state I will file in for about 10 years I do have a state ID and own a home. Is that going to haunt me. or do they really care.
My wife and I are filing and have 3 vehicles car $1000 car $1000 motorcycle $700. does that look bad having 3 vehicles?
Also I have heard that they can re-open a case after one year. Whats up with that?
