So, I am very close to filing. My last payment to the atty is 4/15. At that point i am to have a meeting to go over questionaires that he gave me to fill out. They are his office specific forms, not the actual schedules.
I'm having a hard time on the expenses. I do not have good records on clothing purchases or home expenses. I know what the national standard numbers are, for four theyre around 244 and food number is 752.
Since we have been trying to keep receipts this past 6 months i come up with around 475 average on food, but that may because we are really scrimping since we're on a straight cash basis. I will ask my attorney what the norm is for Pittsburgh area but my thought is 600 might be acceptable as still way under the standard. They dont ask for food receipts do they??
On the clothes, how do you come up with an amount? I dont usually keep clothes receipts but with the standard being 244 if i claim 150 is that far enough under the radar to not be questioned?
Here is my expense list that i have come to so far. Anyone see anything that will be red flag? Can the kids life insurance premiums be included? This leaves me about 200 disposable. Since I'm under the median for PA and this is such a small DI i assume i shouldnt have a problem. I am being straight up but some of these are hard to figure.
