I had my 341 meeting this morning and boy did it go well 
I came into the room and after I swore in the trustee asked me a few standard questions with a big smile. After that told me have a great day and I should receive a discharge in 60-90 days. A new record...under 5 minutes!!!
I reaffirmed my furniture $2900 but ever since I filed BK the furniture company has never contacted me. My lawyer said that they should contact me within the next month to set something up. What are we setting up? A re-payment plan? Do things go on as normal with the same interest rates or do we settle for something else? What's the chances of them wanting the furniture back?
Also I did not reaffirm Sears. The card is a Sears Mastercard that I purchased a $1200 washer/dryer and paid off all but $300. Mid 2004 I transfered $3000 to that card and was wondering if that is secured debt?
