    Filed 3/6... questions

    1) How long until the CRAs show IIB for my various creditors? I see the chapter 7 filling, but everything else is reporting as it was before filing.

    2) The trustee is requesting 6 months of bank statements, and 2 years of tax returns, among other things. The letter posted on PACER looks like a generaic letter that everyone gets. Some of the items requested do not apply to my case (information on law suits and such). Is there a need to worry (yet)?

    My debt is all consumer debt and my monthly cash flow is a negative $1700. Other than a few cash advances in the past 60-90 days, and a trip (that we cancelled) there is nothing questionable. I haven't been asked for CC statements at this point.

    You literally just filed. The creditors have probably not even received your BK notice yet. No need to worry.

    What the trustee is requesting is fairly standard stuff. It is doubtful the trustee has even looked at your petition.

    It will be a good few weeks to a couple months before you start seeing IIB reflected on your credit report for specific accounts.

      Between my wife and I, we have 4 seperate accounts with Citi Bank (1 MC, 1 Visa, 2 Home Depot). It seems funny to me that we have been denied online account access to ONLY the HD cards as of today.

      Thank you for the info!!

          IIB = Included in Bankruptcy

          CRA = Credit Reporting Agency
