We were suppose to be discharged on June 6th. Chapter 7 no asset case. Last entry on case summary (Pacer) was from Trustee on April 19th deeming our case "no asset". No objections came in the mail or to my attorney. STILL NO DISCHARGE PAPERS HAVE ARRIVED!!! Did the Court lose my file or what??? Detroit, Michigan....does anyone have any info on Court backlog in Detroit? Should I call the Clerk? My attorney said no news, good news. Well, okay, its easy for him to say that.....Comments....anybody?

Mine didn't come through until about two weeks after I thought it was supposed to. The courts are really tied up right now with paperwork and last minute filers.
If your court has a phone line call in system, try that... mine was on that before it was entered into PACER.BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more! -

I don't know if this will help or not...we filed BK in the Detroit court on May 31st. Our 341 isn't until August 23rd (84 days later!). And still (I have been checking EVERYDAY), our case isn't even in Pacer yet! My lawyer said that the Michigan court is VERY backed up. So, its probably just a timing thing. I agree its totally aggravating and just keeps me worrying that much longer.
