What is the best state to do a CH 7 in?

It seems like every state has laws about doing a Ch. 7. Which is the best state to file a Ch. 7 in?

Is there any kind of chart that compares all 50 states? Like don't some states kick you out on the street and take your house while other states take away everything you own and let you keep your house?

But what if you don't care about your house and it's upside down, but you want to keep your personal assets which total several thousand? Could you get a moving truck, move to your favorite state, live there for 3-6 months and then file? Or would the court see you fleeing to that state just to keep your stuff?

    Another question:
Let's say you recently did a kitchen upgrade 8 months ago and put all new appliances, does the court take those appliances away and leave you without a stove, a fridge and a dishwasher if you filed bankruptcy on those people? Or do they stay because they are part of the house?

In my case, all of my appliances were paid by for a 2nd mortgage.

Just read another post very similar to yours in this forum.

You can't have your cake and eat it too. But you can dip your finger in the bowl and lick the icing
