    Just means they want to be copied concerning any filings from the court. Looks like they are in time to receive your discharge notice.

      I hope that's all it is... The docket report on pacer says "request for addition to list of creditors and request for notices served" but the document it pulls up just says what I posted above. How long will this hold up my discharge do you think?

        This will not hold up your discharge. All it states is that they want to be added as a creditor and copied on any correspondence in your case............all is well. Nothing to worry about, this is pretty standard from what I read here.

          I had the exact same thing show up on my docket a week before my hearing and I freaked out to - Like you mine was an old acct. with no balance. My attny just said it was one store giving another agency permission to recieve info on the case. Not sure exactly what it means but mine was th exact same wording as yours and our attny said it was nothing to worry about.
