    Arbitration Question

    Do I have anything to worry about if I know I'm filing? Got my 30 day notice from Mann-Bracken dated 3/13, then they have to get a judgment to garnish wages. Do they by law, have to notify you ahead of time the exact date of when they will start garnishing? I would think they would have to. I would just file shortly before. Thanks.

    Heck no they don't notify you. They don't want you to quit your job ahead of the garnishment.

        Before they can get a judgment, they need to sue you and win. So, you should receive a summons.
