    NEW Bankruptcy law????

    Hello everyone,
I was wondering in (understandable) words what the new law really means I have been trying to understand and read betwen the words .. I was just wondering what does it MEAN A brief subscription of what is the diffrence betwwen doing it now or waiting to after the law goes into effect . Also what is the benefit of maybe going through debt consolidation instead of bankruptcy ? I have been reading Suze Orman 's new book and it says not so nice things about filing. It will ruin your entire life etc... I always thought of her as so knowlegdgeable about finances that was why I got her book but it mad me feel worse about filing .
