to pay or not to pay?

Should I continue paying minimums on credit cards during the 60 day period (from last charge to bankruptcy filing date)? I really dont have the money to make the minimums (about 1,000/mo) and pay for the basics now that I don't have my CC to fall back on but I am wondering if that will be looked on as fraud if I don't pay during these last two months?

I'm a newbie here, but my attorney told us that if we ARE going to filing BK, then there is not reason to pay our non-secured (credit card, medical bills) debts. He told us to keep paying our secured (mortgages) debts.

    HTH!

Absolutely not, if you are certain to file BK, you are throwing good money after bad, and if you can't afford it, you can't afford it, so is there really a question about what you should do.
