I have not posted anything on the forum for a month or so. I wanted to just not think about the pending filing.

Well, I did it today, I drove an hour and 15 minutes just to file the 52 page package of papers.

I checked PACER a little bit ago and did not see anything. Guess I was just looking for a note of the application for the BK.

I filled in the papers myself. I was honest with everything. But I forgot to put account numbers on the sehedule B personal property form for my bank account. Also, did not list jewelry by pieces, but as 2 wedding bands and some costume jewerly. My wife has a small box of junk fake stuff.

Now what, will I get a letter asking for tax returns or telling of the 341.

BY THE WAY, THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT GAVE ADVICE AND ANSWERED MY THREADS. It gave me the courage to file.

If you filed in Baltimore City I think it takes a few days to show up on PACER. When I filed my Chapter 7 I think it took like 3 or 4 days to finally show up. Do you know who your trustee is?

make sure you get your certificate of consumer credit class filed and yes have your tax returns ready to send in as well.

Thanks guys. I included my CCCS credit class certificate with the BK package.

Don't know about the trustee, It will be at the salisbury court location.

I'm just so concerned about what the trustee is going to say. I have used all my exemptions for my personal property, car, bank account. (I just don't have alot of stuff.)
