Well I spoke to my first debt collector after filing on monday.
You know I'm suprised, the calls over the 4 months have really dropped off.
I got a call form one this morning, they are so smug.
They try to hide who they are. Well I told him that I have filed BK and he wanted all the info about the BK. I gave him the case number and the court I filed with.
It felt good to tell him to stop calling and he said yes they would.
This company was not the original creditor but probably a company that bought the debt. So does this mean that they just shelve that debt or sell it again.
