    Last Questions Before Filing

Im going to my attorney next week to pay for my case.He said it should be a smooth Chapter 7 case for me.I have over 60k in debt due to 2 car repos, credit cards, and medical bills.I live @ home with my parents I work full time and I have no assets in my name.My car is in my parents name(due to me not being able to get one) I pay the car payment, and car insurance through my checking account every month.I passed the means test as Im well below the median for the state of MD.I pay rent to my parents every month as well as contribute to other household bills every month.I haven't recieved any tax refunds in the last 2 years because they were intercepted by the IRS.After the interception of my refund this year.I only owe a couple more hundred dollars. Are there any questions that may arise in my case.
    Filed Ch 7 Petition: 03/24/09
    341 Meeting: 04/29/09
    Discharge Due: 06/29/09

Seems a straightforward case based on what you've said here. Keep in mind you'll still owe the IRS any remaining taxes.

Oh yeah I know that I'll still have to pay them,I was a little concerned because my car payment is 574 a month and I didnt want to raise any red flags with the trustee
