Had my 341 today
I had my 341 today.. pro se.. I got there a half hour early, and they were running about a half hour behind, so I got to observe plenty. All the cases prior to mine were being grilled by the Trustee. All those cases also had an attorney present, who seemed to be shuffling to answer questions.
My case was called. He asked me the basic questions, then asked why my income was higher in 2006? I told him due to the fact I was working 2 jobs (which I was), he said.. "ok you are dismissed".. No creditors showed up, and If you do file pro se be sure you know exactly what is on those docs.. He was questioning the folks in front of me about where they got the docs, and who prepared them. They said a friend. He wasn't pleased about that.
So, now I just wait. I am glad its over, but thanks to this board i didn't stress too much.
