hello all, i have already posted this ? once before, but i didn`t get a response yet so i thought i would try again.
i have a payday loan out,it is for 287.50. i plan on having it paid off in the next 2 weeks. my question is... do i need to include it in my bk filing since it is such a small amount and it is a place that does not check your credit. they just cash your personal check and hold it till your next payday. my hubby doesn`t know about this loan and i am scared if i include it in the bk he will find out about it. i know i should not keep it from him, but he is not the one juggling the bills, i had to do it to pay some bills.
someone please advise me on this.
