341 yesterday

I had my 341 yesterday and I was scared to death. I showed up an hour early and listened to some of the other cases The trustee was very polite to them even joking at times that put my mind at ease a little. my case was pretty straight forward except that I sold a car to my sister a year ago and didnt actually transfer the title until may of this year. also I paid about 800 dollars to my amex card over the last 90 days. My attorney showed up and told me that we drew a trustee that had a reputation of being very fair. we went into the meeting room and the trustee entered. he introduced himself and told us how the meeting would proceed He even apologized for the temperature in the room and tried to point the fan in the direction of the debtors. I was second in line, when I sat down he asked for my drivers license and social security card, he then asked me to state my address. he then asked if my paperwork was accurate and true. He then said thank you you may leave. Two months of worring for nothing. My advise to anyone that hasnt went to their meeting yet BE honest and dont spend all of your time worring i seriously developed an ulcer over this for nothing I know ther is still a 30 day period for the trustee to object and a 60 day period for the creditors but my atttorney told me that If the trustee had a problem with my bk that something would have been said at the meeting. so good luck all of you I hope and pray your situation goes as smoothly as mine has.... so far! knock on wood lol
