My attorney had to change my meeting fro 7/18 to 7/25 and i will be out of town! Question is can you reschedule the meeting? I don't see why i should be penalized for something my attorney did! i live in ohio!
thanks
You answered your own question. If the attorney changed the original date of your 341, then there is no reason why he cannot change it again to suit your schedule. Just call your attorney and tell him that you can't pay for the fact that he changed the date on you. If you had plans to go out of town, then he will just have to change your 341 again. He had no problem doing it once when it was convenient for his schedule. Call him Monday, if you haven't done so already. Maybe you can even see if he takes calls on Saturday or Sunday. The sooner you let him know, the better. And do not allow him to charge you for his submitting the paper work to change the meeting date. You were all set to go on the 18th, with a vacation planned for the 25th. He needs to do what's right by his client, but he can't unless you tell him there is an issue.
