    When to expect discharge?

The last day for objections is 5/19/08. Is that considered "discharge" if there are no objections and the case is "no asset" or do I have a couple more hoops to jump through? Thanks!Oh I am Md if it matters.

Assuming you've done the debt managment course after the 341, your discharge should show up on pacer within a few days of the 19th.

Hey pawndude - We have the same last day for objections- which is also my birthday! My trustee finally declared us no asset today! Good luck - knowing the waiting is almost over feels good right? From what I have read we should be safe at this point. I hope so!

Don't be surprised if it takes awhile....

Our 60 days was up April 5 and we are still waiting for discharge (unless it showed up on pacer this afternoon). I'm in west MI.

If you haven't heard anything 30 days after your 60 day deadline, I'd maybe call your attorney or the bankruptcy court clerk.

As far as I'm aware and I have spoken to my attorney's assistant in the last week, we don't have any more "hoops" or things to do. Just waiting for the court/trustee/judge to sign off on the deal and get it entered.

          Good luck
