So folks, I checked on pacer for the first time and the trustee has already filed it as a no asset and recomended discharge. my 341 was only 4 days ago. Does this mean that Im probably out of the woods with the trustee? by the way how does the billing with pacer work? I only accessed 1 page of info, will they bill me just for the 8 cents or wait until I use more?

I'm in the same boat but am about three weeks to discharge. Unless one of your creditors objects to your discharge by the date specified in your case, you should be free and clear. In my case there have been no objections so far.
