2009 tax return?

now that 2 homes are gone ...and chapter 7 discharged....

how will 2009 tax return be...? will there be 1099c...? (and how about george bush disabling that)

You wont get a 1099c usually in CH7 discharge, your credit is completely wiped out. UNLESS you negotiated with a creditor for whatever odd reason. But I'm not sure how CH7 goes when there is an asset(s) involved such as home ownership. Others will soon chime in that have been through this.

no negotiation with a bank....that i know of.
i dont remember of any...
