Power of Attorney

Does anyone know if a power of attorney is good to represent somone at a BK hearing? My father is disabled, and cannot go to the courthouse himself.

First, try calling the US Trustee (not the bankruptcy trustee) for your area. They can generally arrange alternative appearances.
